einleitung
Julius-Raab-Stiftung is a foundation affiliated with the Wirtschaftsbund (business circle/association) of the ÖVP (Austrian Peoples Party). In the last years it focussed on such subjects as tax cuts and reform of the taxation system, the defense of property rights, and of the specific leading role of business people. In 2011 the leading team changed and Harald Mahrer, the new president, stands possibly for a more pronounced 'neoliberal' agenda.
