The Institute organizes seminars and conferences, and publishes the online journals "Kontexty", "Revue Politika" and "Církevní dějiny". In 2009 and 2010 the institute was mentioned 92 and 37 times in the media (including daily press). In this two year period it published 9 press releases.
einleitung
The Centre for the Study of Democracy and Culture (CDK) is an independent non-profit think tank working on the topic of democratization and analyzing European law-making.

The CDK consists of two parts – the Institute for Politics and Culture (Institut pro politiku a kulturu, IPK) and the Institute for Christian Studies (Institut krestanských studií, IKS). Furthermore, it publishes its own publication series. The institute is led by a four-member directorate whose decisions are carried out by the executive chairman.
