The [[website::http://www.cadi.ro|Center for Institutionale Analysis and Development]] (CADI - Centrul de Analiza si Dezvoltare Institutionala) is a think tank advocating political and economic liberties. It considers itself an umbrella organization for adherents of liberal, libertarian and conservative schools of thought.
